Upholding the values at the core of our governance to ensure steady, sustainable, and integrity-driven growth.

Our corporate governance practices are guided by Credence’s Governance Code, which is grounded in Egyptian legislation, the 2005 Corporate Governance Guidelines, and internationally recognized principles such as those of the OECD. Governance at Credence is shaped by the relationship between shareholders, the Board, and executive leadership, with the shared objective of delivering long-term value. Our governance structure is designed to enhance operational efficiency, support responsible decision-making, strengthen our reputation, and enable access to financing.
