Practices

At Credence, strong governance is the foundation of how we lead, grow, and stay accountable. Through clear structures, open communication, and principled leadership at every level, we ensure that decisions are made responsibly, transparently, and in the best interest of all stakeholders.

  • Credence believes that a strong, independent Board is key to good governance and long-term success. The Board sets strategy, oversees management, and ensures accountability, while keeping roles clearly separated from the executive team. It includes specialized committees for audit, remuneration, and governance, and its members bring a balanced mix of experience and perspectives. Directors receive ongoing support, training, and access to expert advice. Regular self-evaluations help the Board stay effective, and all members are expected to act with integrity, avoid conflicts of interest, and commit fully to their responsibilities.

  • At Credence, day-to-day operations are led by the Executive Chairman and a team of experienced senior executives known as the Executive Committee (ExCom). Together, they turn strategy into action and ensure the business runs smoothly and effectively. The team is chosen for their expertise, leadership, and deep understanding of Credence’s mission. Their performance is regularly reviewed and aligned with long-term goals. A clear succession plan is also in place to ensure strong leadership at every stage. All ExCom members are expected to act with integrity, avoid conflicts of interest, and always put Credence’s best interests first.

  • At Credence, we believe good governance starts with open communication. Our Board and Executive Committee stay connected through regular reports and direct access to management. The Board Secretary plays a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with our policies. We also encourage our senior executives to present during Board meetings to strengthen leadership and build future talent. Shareholders are kept fully informed and are given every opportunity to participate in decision-making through transparent, fair, and well-organized general assembly meetings.
