A Journey of Service. A Life of Vision.
Mr. Said revolutionized hospitality by putting guests' needs first, while introducing bold, unique experiences into the hotel industry. Where others hesitated, he dared to reinvent. What others saw as a chance to overpower, he viewed as an opportunity to serve. A blend of natural leadership and visionary power that carried Mr. Said from a kitchen steward to the top, leading to the creation of Credence Hospitality Developments.
Mr. Mohamed Said began where few would expect a hospitality empire to start, in the kitchen, towel in hand, eyes wide open. From that first step, he understood something many overlook: that hospitality is not just a business, it’s about serving others with a heart that and beats stronger with every person you serve.
With every guest interaction, he asked the same quiet question: “What would make this moment better for someone else?”
With a rare blend of entrepreneurial instinct and human-centered leadership, Mr. Said went on to launch more than 35 successful ventures.
He built what would become Credence Hospitality Developments, a company that today includes over 2,500 employees and a thriving network of hotels, restaurants, attractions, and experiences.
But perhaps his most enduring achievement is not what he built, but how he built it, with a culture so strong, so values-driven, that it continues to shape Credence’s success and growth to this day.
Because Mr. Said believed then, and we believe now, that true hospitality doesn’t start with products. It starts with people. And when you serve them well, you build more than just destinations.
You build a legacy.
